3 types of profiles are possible:
• Drivers authorized to trigger troubleshooting without authorization from their operating manager
• The drivers that can trigger troubleshooting but with a validation loop by the operating manager
• Operating managers authorized to validate intervention requests
Functioning :
1. The application geolocates the driver and asks him if necessary to validate his position
2. The application allows you to quickly and specifically describe the incident and send all the useful data to the assistance teams of Michelin Euro Assist who will quickly organize troubleshooting
3. Depending on the validation method chosen, an authorization request will be automatically sent to the telephone manager telephone by describing the conditions and nature of the incident.
