How to unlock Yamori Kakuja in GHOUL RE

With the new Mega update to GHOUL RE, tons of new content have been added for you to unlock. One of them is the new Kakuja for the Yamori Kagune. While the Kagune is easy to get, unlocking its Kakuja is a whole new challenge. So, to help you unlock it with ease, here's a complete guide on how to do so.

How to unlock Yamori Kakuja in GHOUL RE

Yamori Kakuja in GHOUL RE is achieved through a series of challenging tasks that test your combat skills and also require strategic planning. The transformation boosts your stats, unlocks special abilities, and also completely overhauls your visual appearance.

Follow these steps to get started with unlocking the Yamori Kakuja:

1. Have the Yamori Kagune (Rare) on your character. Be SSS rated.
2. Collect over 10 Million RC. You can check it in the Hospital.
3. Talk to the NPC above the containers to start the Kakuja unlocking challenges.

1. Perform Two Wipes as Yamori

Your first challenge would be to complete two wipes sessions where you defeat all enemies or clear a major challenge while playing as Yamori.

There are requirements like your Yamori must have at least 200K RC Points as well as the SSS Rank, the highest threat level in the game. You can do so by focusing on aggressive gameplay to quickly accumulate RC points.

2. Collect 10 Million RC and Defeat a High-RC Ken Kaneki V2

The second part of the quest is to accumulate 10 million RC points and defeat a player using Ken Kaneki V2. There is a requirement that the Ken Kaneki V2 player should possess at least 1 million RC.

Make sure you locate a player well in advance and have sharpened your combat skills as a High RC Ken Kaneki V2 has some of the best abilities in GHOUL RE.

3. Cannibalize Another High-RC Yamori Player

The third challenge can be a bit difficult to complete as it involves defeating another Yamori player who has 5 million RC or more as well as triggering Cannibalization.

Similar to the second challenge, you should be prepared for a high-risk confrontation as your opponent will likely be equally powerful. Yamori Players can be easily identified using the two arms protruding from the back.

4. Eliminate 5 Special Class Players Using Arata Armor

The fourth challenge to unlock the Kakuja is to defeat five Special Class players who are equipped with Arata armor. You'll have to identify Special Class players using Arata, a powerful, armor-like Quinque that enhances their stats.

A tip to complete this quicker would be to roam around high-traffic areas where Arata users are common. This includes the CCG headquarters and domination zones during events.

5. Perform the Final Wipe to Activate Kakuja

Finally, the fifth part of the Yamori Kakuja quest is to complete one final wipe as Yamori after fulfilling all previous steps. Do ensure that all the prerequisites are met before engaging in the final wipe. You can check the progress by talking to the NPC above the containers.

Execute the wipe during an appropriate Permadeath event. Upon respawning, your character will automatically transform into Yamori Kakuja. The transformation is accompanied by a dramatic visual change and significant ability upgrades.
