Loved by many, often hostile, always in the discussion - since 1983 the restaurant guide Gault & Millau has been providing high voltage among restaurateurs and gourmets in his annual appearance. Up to four chef hats and (previously unmatched in Germany) 20 points are awarded the discussed local team by an independent, anonymously testing team of authors around editor -in -chief Patricia Bröhm and publisher Manfred Kohnke. As the only one among the renowned restaurant finders, the Gault & Millau is not only characterized by well-founded reviews and a wealth of information and addresses, but also justifies its judgment in detailed articles, with all specialist knowledge.
A note on your own behalf
In order to be able to present current and high -quality restaurant reviews to you year after year, we test around 1,000 restaurants every year, a variety of them even several times. For us as a publisher, this can only be financed by the combination of revenue of advertising and income from the printed and digital editions. Since the 2014 edition, we can no longer offer the data of the digital edition at a rather symbolic price. With the package price of EUR 34.99, however, you will receive a number of additional services such as updating data, free access to the unabridged web content and the print edition.
